We check who the electrician is and the business they operate.
BUILT BY AN ELECTRICIAN
When something goes wrong, you should know who you’re speaking to, who may attend and what happens next.
Electrician. Business owner.
Based in Inverness.
Shaun runs Caledonia Electrical Highlands Ltd, working in domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services. Electrical Emergency 24/7 UK is his project to connect people who need urgent electrical help with independent electricians.
The approach is straightforward: speak to the customer, check who can help, and confirm the arrangements before a callout goes ahead.

Every application is reviewed.
An account alone does not qualify a partner for callouts.
We check who the electrician is and the business they operate.
We review relevant qualifications and any scheme registration supplied, alongside the work the electrician can undertake.
Public liability insurance is checked before approval. Expired insurance prevents the partner from receiving new callouts.
Postcode districts and working arrangements are agreed before activation. Partners choose when to make themselves available.
We discuss who can attend, the expected timing and the charges by phone. We explain who will carry out and invoice the work before you confirm. Further work should be discussed and agreed with you before it proceeds.
The attending electrician is an independent business. They assess the fault, explain the work needed and provide the relevant documentation for the work they undertake.
Read how the service worksKeep the electrician’s business details, invoice and any documentation supplied. If something is unclear, ask the attending electrician to explain the work and any recommended follow-up.
If you have a concern, contact the electrician about their work and let the network know at info@electricalemergency247.uk. Include your booking reference, the date and a brief description. Avoid sending unrelated personal information. We will review concerns about the booking process and a partner’s continued participation.
We only publish customer feedback or job examples when we have genuine evidence and appropriate permission. We do not present a newly recruited partner as a completed customer job.
