How the service works.

The network

Electrical Emergency 24/7 UK helps customers find independent electricians. Attendance depends on a suitable partner being available in your area. The service name does not guarantee attendance in every location or at every hour.

Start with a phone call

Call 07915 054696 with your postcode and a description of the problem. We check our network for an electrician who can attend and discuss the arrangements with you directly.

Confirming a callout

Making an enquiry does not confirm attendance. We speak with you to confirm the arrangements before an electrician is dispatched. If we cannot find someone available, we’ll let you know.

Agreeing the work

Before you confirm a callout, we discuss the charges and expected timing by phone and explain which business will carry out and invoice the work. Tell us who can authorise the work if you are arranging help for someone else. Any additional work should be discussed and agreed with you before it proceeds.

The electrician will assess the fault on arrival. A visit may resolve the problem, make it safe pending further work, or identify a supply or appliance issue. Parts or a return visit may be needed.

Callback requests and coverage checks

You can request a callback through our contact page. Requests and messages are reviewed when we are available, and preferred callback times are not appointments. A postcode check reflects the network information at that time and does not reserve attendance. For an urgent issue, please call.

Arrival and updates

Any arrival time discussed is an estimate. Travel, traffic and earlier jobs can affect it. Call us if you need an update or want to change the arrangements.

Changes or concerns

To change or cancel a callout, call us as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation arrangements will be explained before you confirm. For a concern about the work, contact the attending electrician. You can also contact the network on 07915 054696 or email info@electricalemergency247.uk. We can review the arrangements and the electrician’s participation in the network.

Joining as an electrician

Applications are reviewed before activation. We check identity, qualifications, insurance and service areas, and discuss the working arrangements directly. Electricians remain independent businesses and are responsible for assessing the work, accepting only jobs they can competently undertake and providing appropriate documentation.
