Arranging help for a Welsh property
For a rural home, holiday property or premises reached by a private track, explain access and where someone can meet the electrician. If the postal address differs from the name shown at the entrance, tell us when you call so an attending partner can find the correct property.
If you manage a holiday let from elsewhere, establish who is on site and who can authorise the work. Describe which services have stopped working and whether guests are waiting for an update. We confirm any attendance arrangements with you; a callback request is not a booking.
What happens after you contact us?
We discuss the problem, check for a suitable independent electrician and explain the proposed timing and charges before you agree. If nobody is available, attendance has not been arranged. We do not promise a fixed arrival time.

Yes. Use the property postcode and tell us who is there, how access will work and who can approve the arrangements. Attendance depends on a suitable partner being available.
Electrician working in Wales?
Electricians across Wales can apply with the postcode districts they can support. Include any practical limits on rural travel, availability and access in the arrangements discussed before activation. Coverage is agreed by district rather than assumed from a county name.
